Aligent Spring Pte Ltd is a manufacturer of precision springs, high-speed stamping and multi-slide forming parts. Ready availability of the different processes enable us to select the most appropriate one to help customers reduce costs, based on factors such as volume and functional requirements. Our specialty is in making parts in spring materials, ferrous and non-ferrous, from wires and strips.

Increasingly, we provide customers with our design support during their prototyping and product development stage. When the development work is completed, we are ready to go into production. It saves customers the time needed to work out the details all over again if production is by a different supplier.

Where necessary, we can degrease and clean parts in our robotized, fully automated and environmentally friendly ultrasonic cleaning system. We also provide assembly of parts into sub-assemblies.
