Multislide Parts

Our multi-slide section is equipped with a wide range of machines capable of handling materials up to 6 mm diameter or equivalent cross-sectional area. We can handle round, shaped and flat wires as well as strips. The choice between flat wires and strips depends on tolerance requirements, availability of material and cost effectiveness.

Over the years we have developed tooling know-how that enables our customers to save

substantial cost by substituting turned spacers with our formed ones. These parts require a high degree of roundness and tight tolerance. Complex parts requiring tapping and riveting can also be made completely on our multi-slide machines without secondary processes.
